So, after sending the Xbox out again due to that crazy noise, I got it back verily quickly - with another bonus free month of LIVE. This time, they replaced the fan free of charge and now, when a game isn't playing, it's quieter than a whisper in space. With a disk running, it's still noisy, though not as much as it once was. Excitement!
I complain much about this island nation, but not about it's customer service (especially compared with America's 'What the fuck do you want' attitude).
