Fcuk Ambrosia! Yatsuhashi is the real food of the gods. It's a triangle of mochi (sweetened rice goo-cake) stuffed with anko (sweet red bean paste). The mochi is usually flavored with green tea or fruit. I'm happy for days after eating just one.
